To study the Quantitative changes of signaling in cancer over time we employ a myriad of cutting edge tools including: single particle TIRF microscopy, Hydrogen-deuterium exchange mass-spectrometry and Biolayer interferometry.
We use Phage display bio-panning to discover antibodies for important cancer targets. Our hope is to develop these into meaningful tools and therapeutics.
EM (electron microscopy) has been raised to the power of crystallography. We use both EM and X-ray crystallography to solve the 3 dimensional parameters of signaling in cancer.
